Ok, Does anyone know a good scar removal cream, or in any way to remove scars, acne is formed before?

As I have a bit of acne, but it seems that I have a lot, because the dark scars anywhere: (If somebody has dermatologist or know what to do tell you when it comes to the skin, me and me Tips Home Remedies, or maybe that can help remove the scars and, hopefully, create, so is my face so clearly.
